HELP NEEDED!

Volunteers Needed - All Saturdays & Sundays

For the next nine weeks, help is needed from any interested individuals to assist the field manager in setting up and tearing down our game fields. The field set-up includes the three game fields at Campton and the flag game field at Wheeler Park. 

Field set-up generally starts at 6AM and is completed by 8AM. The coffee pot is usually on, so any "early risers" are welcome to help. The work is simple - place field markers, set ropes, turn on the scoreboards, and deliver the chains to the proper fields.

Field tear down starts after all games are completed. We ask all last game home teams to assist by placing all field markers in one pile after their game is completed. All field equipment is collected and returned to the storage area. Garbage is also picked up around the fields.

This past weekend, only one individual assisted the field manager in either of these tasks. We need all the assistance we can get - or the fields will not be ready to play and games will either be delayed or potentially forfeited by the home team.
