Welcome to
the newest program offered by St Charles
Gymnastics Academy. No matter what sport you
participate in, the F.A.S.T program will
significantly up your game to the next level of
play. The program is designed to teach you Form,
Agility, Speed and Technique. We will use all of
the latest speed and agility training gear and
teach you the mechanics of how to strengthen your
inner core and balance while enhancing your speed
and agility. This program is designed for those
athletes who want to up their game and have the
edge on the competition.
